Life in Aussie

People used to say that even when things change, something will always stay the same. I do suppose that living here does prove it a little. However, the feeling of nostalgic does not go away easily, I do miss home...The laughter...The food...The Internet...The People especially

I promised I will finish my greetings here...

So henceforth,

Lets recap...

Your good Roomie decided to get you gloves and scarf on Sunday...Yea, that's the reason you have to suffer starvation, it's for your sake.

Do You Think He Got It?

NO!!

He decided it lacks of something more private and decided to get you :

SpongeBob Square Boxers!

Yup...That's your considerate Roomie...
P/s: Take care of your boxers, these is gonna cause uproar in the laundry room...

This is aftermath...

I suppose the during part is nothing "unexpected" happened...Other than Mochi(?) decided to Wish You Happy Birthday!

Last but not least,
Hope you enjoy What We Have Prepared For You...

You are always a great friend,
One to rely on, always
Understanding and caring...

Realise the fact that,
Of all thing we have done for others,
Consider this the best and...

Keep those creams off your jacket!!

P/s: NVM...UPDATE ON MISSION CREAM JEM...
  • Plan A: Failed (Thanks to Darrel missing the cake)
  • Plan B: Failed (Failure to hit a sleeping target...6 a.m. in the morning)
  • Resulting Epic Failure.
  • Too Depressing to post any pictures on it...
Mission Failed...
(we'll get you some day...)

Hm...hardly got time to blog these days, exam is closer than ever ... even literature essay is torturing these days.

Something as an enjoyment as last week was drama monologue.
Matt gave me a weeny weird idea which I am quite interested to find out how well it works...
Monologue one is...Apocalypse Now...and old movie,
Monologue two is The Explainers... don't really know what this is...
and anything that's in bracket is added to make sense...

I remember...I...I...I cried [as] I used to be Superman. It was a full time occupation[but now] I wept like some grandmother. I wanted to tear my teeth out. I didn’t know what I wanted to do [when] I used to go rescuing people all the hell over the place. And I want to remember it. I never want to forget. Whenever you looked, I was there, saving somebody- from burning buildings, aeroplanes about to crash, from earthquakes and tsunamis. Then one day I pulled this girl from the river.

Do you think she thanked me?No!

Take two:
No!

She only wanted to know why I had this compulsion to rescue. And then I realize - like I was shot...Like I was shot with a diamond...A diamond bullet right through my forehead. And I thought “My God, she accused me of doubting my masculinity and hence my exhibitionist tendencies. She wanted to know why I didn't spend more time reading. The genius of that, the genius, she took one long took at my cape and said that I was latent transvesitite and why my costume is so skin tight. The will to do that.” Perfect, genuine, complete, crystalline, pure.

Special thanks to Matt for picture and idea...It went too well in the wrong way...The pictures are an inside joke...Right Lu Ter?
Heaven favours for those doing drama in a couple of hours...Some will need more than just luck(medication)...others will live without luck...drama is a talent anyway.

2nd part of the blog will be posted soon....time for me to system shutdown...

Winter in Melbourne started not too long ago.
And therefore, the weather experienced massive drop in Celsius....

Brr~...worst of all, it rains these couple of days. As I am writing this now... outside feels like
0.3 degrees and its not till the limit yet...
And most people around me is falling sick or is already sick...Flu(s).
When is my turn~...
I feel like I am Dying rather than sick...wonder if I skipped the sick phase...

Surprisingly...something that I really fail to understand is that, why are they always so many fire engines around Melbourne city?

I was suppose to meet Sean in the uni library, so I went and sat in there for mere 10mins...when the fire alarm rang. Appears to be something happening in the uni bookshop beside the library

"Fine!"...we head to state library to finish off the works.
(It was just a week ago when 40+ got infected with swine flu in the state library...but who cares! Homework comes first before some stupid piggy flu...)

Yesterday.
Our HOI tutorial decided we needed much "required" break from classes after the essay...So they set up videos and tour to art galleries.

My tour was yesterday, but honestly speaking I am not the artistic type...
And somehow, the fire alarm went off again...during the tour.

Gathering outside the art centre...(oh look! the "pole" is in the picture with Jason).

Hm...Lu Ter is in this one...

Yea...2 days in a row, I was somewhere when the fire alarm went off.
But since I skipped the lecture straight after that which admittedly feels wrong...but I "hopefully" used the time to practice my monologue.

Speaking of arts...I forgot to take pictures of the new work of art in the Uni compound...

But...
Here's some random stuffs in the Uni compound just opposite of the art works.

Freezing....Cold...~

June 5th 2009!...

HOI essay hand in day!
Unfortunately, like typical Malaysians... the essay is done like...2am in the morning on the
5th of June...yup...the hand in day.

Ironic statement:
I wrote 1.4k words just for a paper like this...

I kinda really wonder if I really should frame that up...

No more HOI essay for few months!!!
But lit essay is due 2 weeks...
Monologue is in a week...
Exams is in 2 weeks...
Holiday is in 3 weeks...

Post-HOI celebration is Terminator!
Yea...I know it's a little late... but we were too busy to enjoy the movie before...but something within the movie made me hold my laughter...but that's a personal thing.

I love T2...but since it has been too long, my mind kinda...

Anime version: Terminator...resembles? They even have the entrance sound effect
(This is from Seto no Hanayome)
So yea, when I saw the CGI-ed Arnold again...I cant help but laughing.

Overall, I didn't really like that movie much...I can only remember how much explosions happened...

Oh, and something grand is on Monday...
It's the Queen's Birthday...Usually its "who cares" kind of stuff but hey, we got a day off. Of course we care.
Another thing is, this is our FIRST public holiday after 4 months here. We did not get off day for Labour Day...

So, henceforth, God Save the Queen.
